Project Scope

Project Consists of detailed Design / Engineering / Procurement / Bid document Preparation / Evaluation & Assist in selection of Contractors / Project Management & liaising with UP Jal Nigam & NMCG

Project Service

The project involves up gradation of existing CETP
Separate Soak Stream collection & treatment of 1.2 MLD for treatment of Soak Liquor up to ZLD
Separate Spent Chrome liquor collection and Common Chrome Recovery System (CCRS) for 0.5 MLD for treatment of chrome stream and recovery of Chromium in the form cake
Composite stream for 2.8 MLD + 10% hydraulic loading for treatment of composite liquor along with salt storage
Collection & Conveyance system to handle 1.2 MLD Soak Liquor & Conveyance system for supply of treated water back to tanneries & tank for storage of RO clean water (1200 KLD).
The concept of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) adopted here is the unique feature of this project
