Provide Construction Supervision for each unit process
Assess hydraulic grade & suggest corrective measures to the
Assess quality checks and quality assurance certification
Verify as built drawing, certify the commissioning report and O&M manual submitted by the contractor
Provide plant-commissioning supervision for certification
Provide O/M during plant start-up and initial smooth operation
