Project Service

Water Supply Components include construction of new 100 MLD WTP, Rehabilitation of existing 160 MLD-WTP ,10 ML Reservoir, Pumping station, 7.6 KM of Rising Mains (1400 MM/MS) , 19.4 KM of Gravity Mains (1400 MM/MS), & 1200 MM/MS) and Distribution of 600 MM
Wastewater component include 3 no’s STP with capacity of 5.4, 5.6 & 6.7 MLD and Rehabilitation of existing Sewerage System
Review of contractor design and drawings for Contractual conditions
Approval of extension of time, design variations, costs
Review of physical progress of all works – water and sewerage on a monthly basis (periodic basis)
Resolution of all contractual issues that were hindering implementation and payment issues to contractors.
Liaison with JICA for project implementation and progress
Preparation & submission of monthly and quarterly progress reports
