Project Scope

Project Management Consultancy / Day to day contract management / Construction supervision / Review of design & drawing / Progress monitoring of the project/ Prepare and maintaining periodical progress reports / Day to day & contractual correspondence / Quality assurance for the project work

Project Service

Supervision of all construction activities of the project w.r.t quality assurance and HSE plan.
Underground sewerage network of 135 km (HDPE Pipe: 106 km & RCC pipe: 29 km).
Manhole: 5288 no’s & Inspection Chamber: 22394 no’s
4 no’s Sewerage Treatment Plant (one each of 20 MLD, 10 MLD, 4 MLD & 2 MLD), 6 no’s Intermediate Sewage Pumping Station.
Onsite coordination and review of design & drawings.
Verification & recommendation of contractor invoice claim.
Monitoring & reporting of project progress, correspondences regarding project related and contractual issues.
Preparation for various reports, conducting & attending progress/ quality / contractual meeting/ review meetings with JUIDCO and various stakeholders of the project.
